This Palm Islands project in Dubai will support about 20 luxury hotels/resorts, 2000 exclusive residential beachside villas and 27,000 apartments. Office buildings, marinas, theme parks, restaurants, shopping malls, cinemas, community facilities and large areas of public open space also feature.

Maritime infrastructure assessment and concept design, including 1500 marina berths across 12 individual marinas
Coastal processes analysis and mitigation planning
Development of a three-dimensional model and geographic information systems implementation
Design through to tender documentation of 29 luxury villa types for 1850 villas to be constructed on the fronds of the development, including architecture, structures, landscape and interiors
Sustainability consulting and Leadership in Environmental Design (LEED) assessment of villa designs
