Biodiesel Wastewater Treatment

image

Biodiesel Producers Ltd engaged GHD to prepare a concept and detailed design for a wastewater treatment plant. The plant will treat wastewater from the biodiesel plant and adjacent rendering plant, at a new tallow based biodiesel production facility located at Barnawartha near Wodonga, Victoria.

The wastewater treatment plant is based on a covered anaerobic lagoon and activated sludge plant (sequencing batch reactor).
