GHD Advisory appoints Sharon Sebastian as new Global Technical Services Leader

GHD Advisory welcomes Sharon Sebastian as its new Global Technical Services Leader, bridging the gap between GHD Advisory and Technical Services. In her role, Sharon will raise the profile of the Technical Services portfolio, with a focus on developing and integrating global Service Line communities within GHD Advisory. Her responsibilities include coordination, collaboration, and advocacy across the Enterprise.

Sharon brings a wealth of experience from her 17-year career. In her most recent role as the APAC Service Line Leader for Engagement and Communication, Sharon led technical communities, supported technology adoption, facilitated resource access, capability building and encouraged internal knowledge sharing and externally through thought leadership initiatives. Sharon's achievements include a significant increase in global collaboration across our economic regions, successful partnerships across diverse disciplines, and establishing a presence in Northern Territory and South Australia, further expanding the team’s footprint across the Asia Pacific region.

Working through a one GHD lens, her key successes include driving innovation and collaboration to elevate GHD’s technical service offering through the Engagement and Communication Service Line - with the introduction of digital engagement tools such as GHDPulse - a sentiment analysis tool and expanding capability through the strategic communication services offered by GHD Creative.
