Rory Waddell to lead GHD in New Zealand, Philippines, Fiji and Singapore
Global professional services company GHD has named Rory Waddell as Executive General Manager for its New Zealand Asia Pacific (NZAP) business, with leadership responsibility for the company’s operations in New Zealand, Philippines, Fiji and Singapore.
Beginning his career as a water engineer, Rory brings extensive experience in leadership, operations, major projects, and client and financial management to his new role and has led GHD’s Sydney region since 2018. He has also worked on a wide variety of infrastructure projects in Australia, Ireland, UK and USA, including the Liverpool to Ashfield Pipeline, Central Station Main Works Project for Sydney Metro, and the Mardi to Mangrove Pipeline, Sydenham Station and Junction Upgrade projects for Sydney Metro. Rory is also an active and passionate advocate for inclusion and diversity.
