This seven-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, with a shared capacity of $249 million among seven teams, represents a major win for GHD’s growing federal business.

David McVeigh, studio director of GHD’s US West Design Studio said, "This contract award validates our strategy of combining our strong presence in Alaska with our global resources and federal experience. It's a perfect example of how we work together to bring enhanced value to our clients and expanded opportunities for our team."

The KPB-RIM-Coffman Joint Venture, of which GHD is a part, will provide multi-discipline architectural and engineering services primarily in Alaska, with potential work extending to Wake Island. "This win is a significant milestone in our federal sector growth strategy,” added Lisa Brandon, US Federal Sector Leader at GHD. “It demonstrates our ability to leverage our expanded capabilities and deliver comprehensive solutions to federal clients. The USACE Alaska District contract opens up exciting opportunities for us to showcase our expertise in challenging environments and further solidify our position as a trusted partner for federal agencies."

It is anticipated the project will commence in 2025.
