New Regional General Manager appointments across Australia
GHD is pleased to announce the recent appointment of Malcolm Dixon as Regional General Manager for South Queensland and Carl Willis as Regional General Manager for South Australia.
Malcolm Dixon
With over 26 years of experience in engineering and business, Malcolm Dixon has held senior leadership roles for GHD across North America, the Middle East, and Australia. His innovative and entrepreneurial approach has consistently improved business outcomes and strengthened relationships with clients.
Most recently, Malcolm was the General Manager of Western Canada, where he oversaw significant growth and diversification of GHD's business.

Carl Willis
Carl Willis brings over 20 years of experience with GHD, where he's taken on senior roles in operations, clients and financial management, including Global Leader – Delivery Transformation, Regional General Manager – Philippines, Market Leader – Asia, and Business Group Leader – Transport, South Australia.
Carl's leadership will be key to further strengthening, diversifying, and growing our South Australia presence, along with driving delivery transformation across the Asia-Pacific region.
