GHD appoints Todd Graham as US Federal Sector Leader
GHD, a global professional services company, has appointed Todd Graham as US Federal Sector Leader. He will lead the continued growth of the firm's federal business, with a focus on infrastructure, facilities, maritime/coastal and environmental services while strengthening relationships across key federal agencies and pursuing new opportunities throughout the sector.
"Todd has earned the trust of clients across the federal sector through his leadership, industry knowledge and commitment to delivering outcomes," said Ted Whiton, GHD’s Executive General Manager – US. "He brings a deep understanding of our clients' priorities and a genuine passion for building long-term relationships. Those qualities will serve our clients and our business well as he steps into this role."
Graham brings more than 28 years of professional experience in the management consulting and defense industries, working with federal agencies across the United States. His career includes supporting clients across the Air Force, Navy and Army, giving him a deep understanding of agency priorities and the evolving needs of the federal market. Having previously served as GHD's Air Force Federal Business Development Leader, his appointment to US Federal Sector Leader reflects his continued growth and contribution to the firm's federal business.
Graham has been closely involved in GHD's growing presence across the Indo-Pacific, where the firm is delivering critical defense infrastructure under the Pacific Deterrence Initiative. His firsthand experience in the region has deepened his understanding of what federal clients need from a trusted partner – local knowledge, sustained relationships and the technical capabilities to deliver in some of the world's most demanding environments.
"We have strong client relationships and significant opportunities ahead," Graham said. "I'm looking forward to working with our teams across the Pacific and continental US as we continue supporting federal clients and helping them address some of their most important challenges."
Graham holds a civil engineering license and retired as a Colonel from the US Air Force Reserve after 30 years of service. He previously served as an active-duty civil engineer officer in the Air Force with assignments at Randolph Air Force Base in San Antonio and Andrews Air Force Base outside Washington, D.C. He was activated to support Operation Enduring Freedom at Camp Leatherneck in Afghanistan and Operations Allies Refuge and Allies Welcome with Headquarters Air Force Directorate of Civil Engineers at the Pentagon. His military career gave him firsthand experience in civil engineering operations at installations across the US and abroad, informing his deep understanding of what defense clients need from their infrastructure partners.
