GHD named one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers for third consecutive year

GHD has been named as one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers for 2025, as announced by Mediacorp Canada Inc., for a third consecutive year. This national competition recognizes employers that lead their industries in offering exceptional workplaces. The national award, which now celebrates its 25th year, evaluates Canadian companies against other employers in their field and recognizes those who offer the most progressive and forward-thinking programs for their employees. 

GHD provides health and wellness benefits, financial support and family-oriented initiatives for its global workforce. These include international remote work, a leave purchase program that allows for up to four weeks of additional leave per year, mental health coverage, and family planning assistance. More recently, GHD introduced an incentive program to encourage employees to commit to a greener commute by walking, cycling, carpooling, or using public transit to travel to and from work.

GHD was named one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers for 2023 and 2024 and was recognized as one of Waterloo Area’s Top Employers in 2019, 2020, 2023 and 2024. The company was also named one of Canada’s Top Employers for Young People in 2020, Top Diversity Employer in 2024 and Top Employer in Southwestern Ontario in 2024.
